It seems like every other day there’s a news piece to cover concerning The Division. It’s fall from grace has been slow and painful, with fuel coming from all glitch, DLC, and hacking directions. However today’s The Division f*** up comes straight from Steam itself, which now lists the controversial title in its pit of overwhelmingly negative reviews.
Over the last few days The Division‘s credibility has been steadily dropping on the reviews forum. With shocking numbers revealing the incredibly low number of positive reviews amongst the angry fans’ shouts flooding in, the game has finally hit rock bottom. Players are frustrated with a game that has basically been abandoned since developers realised they’d bitten off more than they could chew after churning out some limp patches. After game breaking glitches, disappearing characters and save files, and disappointing accidental shortcuts, these fictional streets of Manhattan have become overrun with diligent hackers and soon-to-be-disenfranchised hopefuls.
At the time of writing there are 1576 negative reviews on Steam, and fans aren’t hopeful for a phoenix turnaround with Underground DLC hitting the game’s infrastructure tomorrow.
