Today, Activision confirmed that their Crash Bandicoot remaster is heading to consoles June 30th.
The collection presents the first three titles in the acclaimed Crash Bandicoot series, sprucing them up with updated, PS4-Pro ready graphics, which Vicarious Visions have rebuilt from the original blueprints. You can also expect to see an updated and optional manual saving and checkpointing system in place, as well as extra time trials of each level all set to the sound of a fully remastered soundtrack.
I am insanely excited for Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy to release, a massive fan of Naughty Dog’s work I have every faith in Vicarious Visions to bring one of my most memorable gaming experiences back to life again.
Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy is a PS4 exclusive and is set to retail at around $40. If, like us, you can’t contain your excitement (or if you simply want proof from the horse’s mouth), Activision teased us with a little extra trailer to accompany their release date announcement.
